Personal Tax Benefits
U.S. tax laws allow you to LEGITIMATELY write off most expenses incurred in starting a home business. Therefore you can legitimately write off most expenses incurred in promoting Windjets and helping to increase our sales. This program will explain the relationship so that you are properly compensated and can take advantage of tax
write offs.

Once our relationship is established and there is the proper documentation (details provided in our "Become a Windjet Rep" Kit) you
should be allowed to write off the depreciation of your Personal Windjet, trailer, a home office (which includes a portion of your mortgage, property taxes, telephone, fax, Internet connection, electricity, water etc.), vehicle expense, meals, entertainment, gasoline, airfare and hotel etc. All expenses incurred from the promotion of Windjet can be written off against your personal income taxes that you presently pay. You must check with your tax professional to see if these benefits will fit your tax structure. Windjet in no way warrants the "deductibility" of any expense related to your Windjet Ownership.

Commission Structure
For every completed sale that was initiated by the Independent Sales
Rep, such sale specifically including a Windjet X3, Trailer and accessories, the Independent Sales Rep shall be paid a commission from
Windjet of 3% of the total sales invoice excluding taxes and shipping.

Sales Process
The Independent Sales Rep shall forward to Windjet any "Lead Sheets" documenting the interested consumers information, and if either yourself or one of our inside sales reps complete a sale based on your lead you shall receive commission. All leads will expire 12 months from the time they were received. If the same lead is provided by two different independent reps the lead sheet faxed to Windjet with the earliest
date will prevail. If Windjet has already had contact with this lead within
the previous 12 month period, no commission will be paid.

Distribution/Customer Service
All distribution is handled by Windjet. All customer service is handled by Windjet. We Provide Product information and Business cards.

How to Qualify
Required to own a Windjet X3 and matching trailer and PWC. Complete an Independent Sales Rep Agreement and fax back to Windjet Inc at 805-529-7017. This agreement is not effective until signed and returned to Windjet.
